Doing dumbells exercise is imperative if you want to build a solid well-proportioned physique. There is nothing better to build symmetry and to strengthen the core stabilizer muscles. When you use Dumbbells exercise you call into play these stabilizer muscles that will allow you to continually get stronger and in turn be able to lift more Weight. If you aren’t Using Dumbbells then you are neglecting one of the best exercises for overall Fitness and strength.

When I first started lifting Weights my goal was to get as big and strong as possible. Since my meager beginnings I have somewhat changed my goals and my program to include more dumbells exercise in my daily routine. I have even designed a program where I will only do dumbells exercise for the whole Workout. At first it can be frustrating because you are constantly battling to control the weight, especially when you are doing bench presses with the dumbbells. It is awkward at first because you have to learn to balance and control the dumbbells. You will want to have a spotter to help you when you first begin to eliminate injury and to get your body memory in sync with the new Dumbell exercises.

When you first begin to do dumbells exercise you must start out with lighter weights. It will take time for your muscle memory to be enacted. Once you have started using dumbbells you will begin to notice it gets easier with each workout. You still will not be able to lift the same amount as you would with a Barbell because you are isolating the muscle more with The Dumbells exercise. The reason that you want to isolate the muscle group with the dumbbells is to increase your overall strength. Overall strength translates to overall body mass and symmetry.

Every one of us has a dominant hand. Some are righties and some are lefties. If you are right handed then usually your right hand will be stronger, the same is true if you are left handed. By doing dumbells exercise you are able to strength your non-dominant hand and in turn increase your size and overall body symmetry.

It will not happen over night so you need to be patient and accept that change is not always easy. Many will get frustrated and stop Using Dumbells exercise because it is too hard. Do not give up. This is by far one of the best things you can do to get a rock hard physique. Become strong in your mind and you will become strong in your body.
